You can't claim that a solution is simple if administration of the system is complex. With MaxxClerk, the setup, configuration and maintenance of your document management system is easy. The MaxxClerk administration console is a point and click interface, meaning setting up folders, searches and user rights is simply a matter of making a selection from a list of options. There is no need to learn any special codes or programming languages. For instance, setting up user permissions is as easy as clicking on the security folder, selecting the user's configuration and then simply choosing the permissions from a list. Building search is equally as simple. With a few check box selections a new search can be created to search one, several or all index fields for a particular form. Behind the scenes, documents are stored in a secured Windows directory. While they are protected, they are not held hostage and export of the documents is always possible for the administrators. MaxxClerk stores index data in Microsoft SQL Express 2008 or SQL Server 2008, two of the most popular and well understood databases.
